CRUISE TO THE MEXICAN RIVIERA

This was our cruise ship the Carnival Pride. It was alot of fun on board. Nice ship!!
We went on the Canopy tour in Puerto Vallarta. This was the most fun. We rode zip lines through the jungle 300 feet above the ground and got going 45mph on the fastest one. It was a little scary but way fun!!!!

In Cabo San Lucas we went snorkeling for a little bit but the ocean was too rough, so we decided to go Parasailing instead. Derek didn't want to go but I convinced him to. He was glad we did it. It was alot of fun and not even that scary!

Here is Derek holding an Iguana. Of course we had to pay 2 bucks to hold him. Everybody wants your money in Mexico. Their best line "It's only money!"

I got my hair braided on the beach in Mazatlan. That was kind of fun, until I got swept up by a big wave and ended up with half the beach in my braids!

Here we are trying to take our picture with the sunset. That didn't work out so well but you get the picture!

We had so much fun. It was so nice to get away and spend time together! But by the end we were really missing the boys. Thank goodness they were in good hands thanks to my Grandma and Grandpa Rice and my Mom and Dad. We can't thank them enough. We would have never been able to go without their help!!!!! We love you!!!!!

July Smallmouth Fishing with Cameron

Excellent day of smallmouth fishing in July with my brother Cameron on the Snake River.
We caught 10 fish at 17 inches or biger and Cameron caught the big one of the day at 19 1/2 inches. If only we had caught these fish pre-spawn, they would have been even bigger.
2008 has been a good fishing year thus far.

Cameron's 19 1/2 incher
I'm trying to even out the farmer's tan

MEMORIAL WEEKEND 2008 HENRY'S LAKE

Annual fishing trip to Henery's Lake over Memorial Weekend with the brothers. Easton came and fished for a half day, he caught his first cut throat trout all by himself, except he tried to lift it out of the water by himself while I was getting the net and it broke his poll in half. It was a nice 17 1/2 incher. We took it back to the cabin for Grandpa Bell to eat. Weather was nasty as usual, but the fishing was excellent. We caught numerous fish in the 3-6 pound range. As with most fishing trips there were good memories made. We are looking forward to next years trip.

CANNON'S FIRST HAIRCUT

Cannon's curly hair was so cute but I was sick of people calling him a girl so I made Derek cut it. He looks so cute with his new do and I haven't had one person call him a girl!

EASTON FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Easton started Kindergarten. I can't beleive it. Time goes so fast. It is kind of nice to have school started and get back into the swing of things! The best part for Easton was getting to ride the bus! We have 5 kindergarteners just on our street.

YELLOWSTONE

We went to Yellowstone National Park the middle of August with Grandma and Grandpa Rice. We saw Old Faithful, Buffulo, and other animals.

The waterfall was the best part!

LAGOON

We took a trip to Lagoon the end of July. It was fun to ride the rides. Easton was tall enough to ride the scary ones and loved every minute of it (except the standing in line)! Easton had so much fun with his cousin Ashton!

CANNON "1"

Cannon turned 1 on July 20. Here are some of the pictures from the party!

BEAR LAKE

Here are a few pictures from our trips to Bear Lake this July. We had fun playing in the water, 4-wheeling, and spending time with family and friends!
