Easton Basketball 2012

Easton was on a really good basketball team.  The were undefeated and there wasn't even a close game.  Basketball is not his favorite but his Dad will make him do it for a few more year, hoping that he falls in love with it! Cannon loved to go shoot at half-time.  He does have a love for the game!

Easton's Braces

We found out the Easton had an extra tooth in the middle of his two front teeth. It was actually facing up towards his nose. We had to go and get it pulled out. Easton did great. They didn't even have to put him out. Maybe they wished they would of because he tried to talk the whole time. The doctor told him that hopefully the tooth would come down in the next couple of months. Well it started to but then stopped. It was coming in sideways and hitting the other front tooth. Sooooo here come the braces. 2 stages of braces are you kidding me. Well hopefully he will have straight teeth in a few months.

Pine Wood Derby and Becoming a Bear

Easton wanted a tank for his pine wood derby.  Derek explained to him that they could to it but that it probably wouldn't be very fast.  Easton said he didn't care if he won any races.  Well how fast that changed when we got to the actual race.  Easton's car did look cool but was not very fast.  He lost that majority of his races and the tears began to flow.  I guess next year we will go for speed!  Easton also became a Bear.  He is growing up so fast.  It is fun to see the great boy he is turning into.
This is one of the races that he did win!
His car was pretty cool looking!
Advancing to Bears!

Easton's Birthday 2012

For Easton's 9th birthday he wanted to take some friends to the movie.  We went to see Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.  Then they came back and ate pizza and played.  They had alot of fun.  Then we had Grandparents over for Pie (he didn't want cake).  Can't believe we have a 9 year old.  It seems like just yesterday we had him.  We love Easton and are thankful for the great boy he is.
